JOE NADZAM, CO-FOUNDER
  • Joe is a Vice President at Access Document Management and former GM and Operations Manager for Cintas. 

  • He earned a Bachelor's of Science in International Business from Mount Union College (now The University of Mount Union).

  • In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and training for triathlons and Ironman races.

  • Joe likes fishing, but prefers catching. He enjoys fishing with his wife and two young children.

ERIC METCALF, CO-FOUNDER
  • Eric is a veteran, husband, father, and currently works in Natural Resources and Wildlife sector. 

  • He Earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marine Science from the University of South Carolina

  • He has a Masters of Environment and Natural Resources (MENR) and Masters of Art in Public Policy from The Ohio State University.

  • Eric's favorite part of fishing is to unplug and spend time with those he loves. 

MIKE SMITH, CO-FOUNDER

  • Mike currently works for a Fortune 500 company and is a founder to 3 start-up companies across the nation. He has two young children with his wife.

  • He earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Mount Union College (now The University of Mount Union).

  • He also has a Masters of Business from Xavier University.

  • Mike enjoys taking his son fishing on the weekends.

LARISSA SMITH, CEO

  • Larissa is a former Principal and choral director. She has an expertise in leading organizations, particularly in transformational leadership. She is an entrepreneur, wife and mother to two young children.

  • She earned a Bachelor of Music Education from Mount Union College (now The University of Mount Union) and a Masters of Educational Leadership from Xavier University.

  • Larissa started fishing when she was 5 years old and fortunate to have a pond on family property. Her favorite thing about fishing is unwinding and watching the joy of her children catch fish.
